The Client

Advanced Regenerative Health offers an array of treatments and services to the Denver, CO region to help patients treat conditions related to joint pain and peripheral neuropathy, among other ailments. The clinic aims to address the causes of health problems and integrate both medical and natural based therapies into their services as opposed to simply treating symptoms.

The Charge

Advanced Regenerative Health is a data-driven facility that wanted to continuously reallocate marketing funds to provide the optimal mix of clients to the clinic, based upon capacity and supply. To generate this continuously moving demand, Shull Media Partners put together monthly performance tracking metrics and reports to allow advertising dollars to be easily moved from one service to another, across an array of different television stations and print advertising.

The Deliverables

Through proactive monthly reporting meetings, Shull Media Partners was able to identify television stations and other marketing channels that were over-producing or under-performing and make informed recommendations to Advanced Regenerative Health on campaign reallocations. This collaborative sharing of data coupled with the media buying experience of SMP created an ideal environment of trust and transparency, resulting in greater success for the clinic. Additionally, SMP traveled to the clinic in Denver for a production shoot, with final deliverables ranging from a 30 minute long infomercial to short-form videos to be used as part of a drip campaign.

The Results

The constant data analysis and reporting allowed Advanced Regenerative Health to optimize its marketing dollars and generate over 300 leads/month on average. The positive performance of 2023 resulted in Advanced Regenerative Health investing funds into a large-scale creative infomercial project as well as expanding into a second location for 2024 in Colorado Springs, CO.
